Know when to hold 'em. Know when to fold 'em. Know when it's time to run to Showgirls and sign up for their Adult Star Poker Night, benefitting the Fallen Officers of South Florida.

On Saturday, December 8, starting at 6PM, Showgirls (19995 S Dixie Hwy) will be hosting popular adult stars at a Texas Hold 'Em Tournament. Twelve stars, including Jennifer Steele, Shy Love, Lita Chase, Mary Carey, Chrissy Moon, Nakita Kash, Claudia Monet, Lezley Zenn, Trisha Uptown, Dayton and Carmen Heart are flying in from all over the country to participate.

Shy Love (www.ShyLoveVIP.com) hosts, while Nakita Kash (www.myspace.com/officialnakitakash) feature dances and all the girls play poker with their fans. All money will go to a fun for fallen officers of South Florida.

There will only be room for 80 people--8 tables of 10--and the buy-in for eachtable ranges from $250-$5000. Prizes will be awarded throughout the night which include a 4-night trip to Bimini, a 4-night trip to the Bahamas and a $1000 seat at the World Poker Tour Table.

Owner, Scott Collman, came up with the idea for the event and said that he hopes this will be the first of an annual charity event. "The response has been good, " said general manager Larry Leonard. "We've already got 25 people signed up, and the seats are going fast. People should jump on this now, so they are guaranteed a seat."

The Fallen Officers Fund makes money available to any law enforcement officer or their immediate family that needs immediate financial assistance as a result of death or injury. Leonard noted that although it was hard to set a goal for how much money they would raise for charity, they were shooting to fill the $5000 table. "Obviously we want to make as much as we can, and if we sell out that table, that's $50,000 right there, " he said. "With the other tables being $250 and up, we could easily raise well over $100,000."

Adult Star Poker will be held at Showgirls, Inc., located at 19995 S Dixie Hwy in Cutler Bay, FL. The event starts at 6PM and ends when the last card is laid on the table. Prices of tables range form $250-$5000, and seating is limited. Call 305-255-7474 for more information.
