Fans of exotic entertainment have waited for the official announcement, and here it is: Fan Fair 2006 is coming to Las Vegas this August!

For 10 years, the Exotic Dancer Fan Fair has given the fans of adult entertainment the unique opportunity to see some of their favorite feature entertainers and adult stars all in one place - Las Vegas. Though the format has changed slightly in 2006, fans will once again be able to meet those entertainers one-on-one in a unique, intimate environment.

The 2006 Fan Fair, presented by Exotic Dancer Publications, will be held on Thursday August 24 and Friday August 25, and will consist of admission to the Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show - the adult nightclub industry's only national awards show - the Fan Fair Meet & Greet Tradeshow and the Feature Showcase Spectacular (the Fan Fair Tradeshow & Showcase will be held at the Sapphire Gentlemen's Club on August 25 from 12-7 pm).

Entertainers who are scheduled to attend Fan Fair 2006 include: Chelsea Charms, Crystal Gunns, Minka, Summer Cummings, Angelica Wild, Schevelle, Devon Lee, Devon Michaels, Kayla Kupcakes, Melissa Wolf, The Morrell Twins, Ashley Andrews, Cleopatra of the Nile, Kloey Love, Leslie Wells, Lexi Lamour, Donna Doll, Rhiannon, Miss Bunny, Serenna Starr and Ruby, with many more expected to announce their attendance in the coming weeks. Also, adult film superstarlet Nina Mercedez is scheduled to host the Feature Showcase Spectacular.


Witness The Industry's Only Awards Show!

The Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards show presents awards to adult clubs and feature entertainers, as Exotic Dancer and the adult nightclub industry salute the best of the best. The Awards Show will be held at the Wayne Newton Theater inside the Stardust Hotel & Casino on August 24, 2006, from 9-11 pm, with a champagne reception in the Stardust Lounge from 8-9 pm. The show also includes command performances by the six nominees for the coveted ED's 'Entertainer of the Year' Award. Past winners include Jade Simone St. Clair, Mercedez, Aspen Reign, Felecia and Deuces Wild.

Each year since the ED Awards Show inception in 1998, the show has featured such comic hosts as Robert Schimmel, Pauly Shore, Dom Irrera and Rich Vos. In 2006, the 'Pit Bull of Comedy' - Bobby Slayton - will step into that slot for the first time.

A true 'comic's comic,' Slayton has been performing his own intense style of standup comedy for 25 years, becoming one of the best known, and most energetic, comedians on the road. Slayton was recently seen on the HBO series 'The Mind of the Married Man,' a show which followed a trio of reporters at a Chicago newspaper who try to remain faithful to their wives. Slayton is also no stranger to the world of adult entertainment. He is a past host of the AVN Awards Show, the most well attended adult film awards show in the world.

Special guest presenters have also become the norm at the ED Awards Show, and the 2006 version is no exception. Penthouse's Pet of the Year 2006 and ED's Adult Nightclubs Guide covergirl Jamie Lynn will be on hand as a special presenter (courtesy of Penthouse Magazine), as will Vivid's hot porn starlet Briana Banks, Carmen Hart, a gorgeous, exotic brunette and one of Wicked Pictures' newest contract girls, and Sophia Rossi, a stunning new ClubJenna girl.

It has regularly been one of the most consistently popular events at the Fan Fair.
